Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Chartbin Plumbing wants chartbin.living to work for everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement shows how we think about it. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Our Goal
We aim to make the site usable for as many people as we can. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Aim to Take
To support access, we aim to:
- Use clear headings and an orderly page layout
- Add text descriptions for images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Let people get around the site by keyboard
- Build pages that fit phones, tablets and computers
- Use plain, simple wording
- Label form fields clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Content from third parties, such as embedded tools or services, may be outside our control. We check the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of the site is hard to use, help is still available. Request a callback to speak with a plumber, or email contact@chartbin.living and we will do our part to assist.
Tell Us What You Found
We welcome your thoughts on how accessible the site is. Email contact@chartbin.living and let us know:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected
- Which browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Work That Keeps Going
Accessibility is never finished. As the site changes, we will keep it in mind and keep improving.
Request a callback
Tell us what is leaking, backing up or gurgling. Send the request form, or email contact@chartbin.living, and we will point you to a local provider in our network.
