What Chartbin Plumbing Does
Chartbin Plumbing is a referral and marketing service. It connects homeowners with independent plumbing providers. It does not do emergency plumbing, leak repair, drain cleaning, sewer line repair, water heater work or any other plumbing services.
When you phone the number on this site or send a form, your call or request may go to an independent provider. It may instead go to a marketing partner that works with providers in your area.
How Money Reaches Us
Providers or marketing partners may pay Chartbin Plumbing for calls, form submissions or other referrals we send their way. The payment can depend on things such as how long a call lasts or whether it gets answered. We may be paid even if you never hire the provider.
This payment does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for work you agree to, at the prices the provider sets.
Providers Stand on Their Own
Providers are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents or partners of Chartbin Plumbing. Each one alone is responsible for:
- Its estimates, prices and terms
- The quality and timing of its work
- Its licenses, permits, insurance and certifications
- How it communicates and behaves with you
A connection to a provider is not an endorsement or a promise about their work. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach may depend on which providers are in our network at that moment.
The Decision Is Yours
You never have to hire a provider we connect you with. Ask questions, check credentials, request a written estimate and compare other quotes before you choose.
About Call Recording
Calls made through this site may be tracked. In some cases they are recorded, for quality, verification and billing.
