Terms of Use for This Website

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover how you use chartbin.living and the referral service Chartbin Plumbing offers through it. When you browse the site, phone the number on it or send a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template, not legal advice.

What the Service Is

Chartbin Plumbing is a referral and marketing service. It links homeowners with independent plumbing providers. It does not do plumbing, drain cleaning, sewer work or repairs. It is also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Run Their Own Business

The providers you are connected with are independent businesses. Each one alone is responsible for its estimates, prices, scheduling, workmanship, permits, licenses, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or control them. We make no promise about whether they are available, how fast they respond, or what their work achieves.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance and get a written estimate.

Information Only, Not Advice

Everything on this site is general information. It is not professional, legal, insurance or financial advice. Any cost ranges are typical U.S. figures. They vary by job and are not quotes. Confirm the details with a qualified provider and with your insurer.

What We Ask of You

Give accurate information when you contact us. Use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse it, disrupt how it runs, or try to get into it in ways that are not allowed.

Contact by Phone, Text or Email

When you call or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may reach out about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. To stop the contact, email contact@chartbin.living at any time.

Ownership of Content

The text and design of this site belong to Chartbin Plumbing or those who license them to it. Do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Limit on Liability

The law sets the outer limit here, and within it Chartbin Plumbing is not liable for loss or damage that comes from using the site, from a provider's services, or from any deal between you and a provider. The site is offered as-is, with no warranties of any kind.

If These Terms Change

We may revise these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version.
